Please see the steps below and a related screenshot attached to update your Trader ID and let us know if this works for you. Thank you
1. Right-click on the Traders Elite Pro Logo on your desktop, select "Properties".
2. On the window that pops up, focus on the "Target" field. At the very end of the target field, you're going to delete the portion at the very end where you see the incorrect Trader ID and input your correct Trader Id: CMEDKAHILL
3. Click "Apply". You might get a notification saying you need Administrator permission, select "Continue".
4. Click on the Compatibility tab > Check Run this program as an administrator > Click Apply > Click OK
5. Now re-launch your Traders Elite Pro > You would be prompted to run as admin > Click Yes > Enter your password to login
